Shipping policy

Germany and EU

We ship with DHL directly from our warehouse in Germany.

Your order will be picked, packed and dispatched by our team in our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of your order during normal business hours.

We offer free shipping within Germany via DHL. For shipping to EU countries, we charge 14.50 euros.

Depending on your location in Germany, orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. Orders to European countries are typically delivered within 2-8 days, but please allow up to 14 days.
