The cube pessary can alleviate the symptoms of a cystocele, a rectocele and a second or third degree uterine prolapse. The cube pessary adheres to the vaginal wall due to its concave surfaces. The drains allows secretions to flow out and makes removal easier. If stronger adhesion to the vaginal wall is desired, the no drains version can be used as an alternative.
